Arc Education has a set of documents to support Data Protection Officers in fulfilling their GDPR obligations.
As a Data Controller, schools are required to have a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in place with us in our capacity as a Data Processor.
We have filled in sections of the Information Commissioner’s Office’s Data Processing Impact Assessment (DPIA) form to enable schools to complete their own DPIA. Supporting documentation includes a diagram showing the flow of data between all parties and an assessment of Arc Maths’ compliance with the Age Appropriate Design Code.
DATA PROCESSING IMPACT ASSESSMENT
The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) have recently published a design code for online applications aimed at children.
This code is intended to become a part of the UK’s data protection legislation and adherence to the code will be a legal requirement for authors and publishers of online services aimed at Children. In its current form the code sets a number of standards and suppliers must provide their response.
Arc Maths complies fully with the code as it stands, and should it alter we are committed to maintaining that compliance.
